2016

The 8th Transnational Commercial Law Teachers Meeting will be held in Washington, D.C. on 17 and 18 November 2016. It will be co-sponsored by the International Law Institute and the Center on Transnational Business and the Law, part of Georgetown University Law Center’s Institute on International Economic Law.

This year’s meeting will be devoted to ‘State of Affairs and Recent Developments in International Commercial Arbitration: New York Convention, UNCITRAL Rules 2010 and Current Work on Settlement of Commercial Disputes’.
