European Consumer Protection Law

The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture awarded the Institute a research assignment to analyze consumer disadvantages in the acquisition of timesharing rights. Under the lead of Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Thomas Pfeiffer and under the guidance of (now) Prof. Dr. Martin Gebauer and Prof. Dr. Boris Schinkels, research assistant Peter Boos was entrusted with the concrete realization.
